This ensures they have enough cannabis to manage their medical conditions effectively.

Patients can possess up to 2.5 ounces of cannabis at any time. Any extra must be stored securely, like in a locked container at home.

In Connecticut, medical marijuana cards need to be renewed every year. To avoid any gaps in access to your medication, start the renewal process at least 30 days before your card expires.
